Position: Licensed Counselor
(Part-Time or Full-Time)
What You’ll Do:
Provide trauma-informed individual and/or family therapy to children, teens, and/or adults.
Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team.
Receive training and supervision in:
POM Method of Trauma Treatment
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
Sandplay Therapy
Contribute to a healing-centered, anti-oppressive environment.
Requirements:
Must be able to work in person in Berkeley Heights, NJ.
Active NJ license (LSW, LAC, LCSW, LPC).
Must attend:
Three mandatory in-person staff meetings per year (evenings)
Monthly anti-oppression and racial justice meetings on the first Thursday of each month, from 6:15 PM – 7:45 PM
At least six community events annually
What You’ll Do:
Lead trauma-informed, inclusive yoga and/or meditation classes for diverse populations.
Receive training in:
Somatic Yoga
POM Method of Trauma Treatment
Help foster a healing space rooted in safety, compassion, and community.
Requirements:
Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT-200 minimum).
Must be able to teach in person at our Berkeley Heights location.
Must attend:
Three mandatory in-person staff meetings per year (evenings)
Monthly anti-oppression and racial justice meetings on the first Thursday of each month, from 6:15 PM – 7:45 PM
At least six community events annually
