Based on on the book "The Quaking of America: An Embodied Guide to Navigating Our Nation’s Upheaval and Racial Reckoning" by Resmaa Menakem MSW LICSW SEP,

  • Invites individuals to align their bodies, minds, and spirits, allowing them to act from their highest selves amid our current socio-political climate.

  • Soul-Scribing utilizes somatic movement and writing as tools for self-exploration, anti-racism readiness, and self-care, helping individuals connect with their innermost parts and access profound wisdom and intuition. This practice is a powerful way to navigate challenging times with resilience and creativity.
